When placing your order that requires a delivery date like celebration cakes, Cupcakes, mini boxes etc we will dispatch the day before your due date via DPD. On the afternoon of the dispatch date you will have an email and also a text message from DPD (providing you have provided a mobile number) to say you are having a delivery the next day.
On the morning of the delivery you will have the same again from DPD only this time it will give you an hours time slot for your convenince.
For all other orders that doesn't contain one of the above products then orders will be dispatched within 3 - 5 days again via DPD. If you require an item urgent, please call us before placing your order.
