By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Formation of Contract
1.1 By placing an order, you are offering to purchase goods subject to these Terms and Conditions. We will confirm receipt of your order via email.
1.2 A binding contract is formed only once we accept your order and send confirmation of dispatch. If the item is unavailable or an error in pricing occurs, we will notify you, and no contract will be formed.
1.3 All images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Products may differ in appearance. Accessories are not included unless explicitly stated.
1.4 Colours may vary depending on your monitor. We do not guarantee exact colour matches.
1.5 All descriptions and product information are provided in good faith and are approximate.
1.6 This contract is governed by English law.
1.7 By placing an order, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Website Use Terms.
2. Ordering Process
2.1 Orders may be placed via our website or by telephone on 01554 788220.
2.2 Carriage charges will be shown prior to checkout.
2.3 Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
2.4 We accept secure payment via Wix Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Delta/Connect).
2.5 Promotional pricing is valid only during the stated period.
2.6 All prices are quoted in GBP (£).
2.7 Amendments post-confirmation may not be possible or may incur charges.
2.8 You will receive notification of your order dispatch.
3. Delivery
3.1 Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. This is an estimate and may vary.
3.2 Delivery typically occurs within 2–3 working days post-dispatch.
3.3 Orders may arrive in multiple deliveries.
3.4 We deliver within mainland Great Britain. We do not deliver to certain postcodes or offshore locations. See our delivery page for excluded areas.
3.5 Deliveries are made Tuesday to Friday between 7:00am–6:00pm. DHL may offer safe-place delivery at your own risk.
3.6 We are not liable for loss/damage from unattended deliveries.
3.7 Packaging disposal is the customer’s responsibility.
3.8 After two failed delivery attempts, goods may be returned and incur redelivery fees.
3.9 Change of address post-dispatch may incur additional charges.
3.10 Inspect deliveries promptly. Report any issues within a reasonable timeframe.
3.11 Notify us promptly of lost/damaged items in transit.
3.12 Deliveries are made to ground floor entrances only. Inform us of access issues in advance.
3.13 We are not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g. weather, strikes).
3.14 Time is not of the essence unless explicitly agreed in writing by a Director.
3.15 Free delivery may apply during promotions or for orders over £50.
4. Cancellations & Returns
4.1 This policy does not apply to business orders or customised/perishable goods.
4.2 You may cancel within 14 days of delivery. Notify us by email or in writing (not phone).
4.3 No reason is required, but feedback is welcome.
4.4 Return goods within 14 days of cancellation in original packaging. Returns are at your cost.
4.5 Goods must be returned in unused, saleable condition.
4.6 If you fail to return goods, we may recover them at your cost. Damaged goods may be subject to deductions.
4.7 Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
4.8 Business customers are excluded from this cancellation policy unless agreed.
4.9 Perishable items (e.g. baked goods) are non-returnable unless faulty.
5. Faulty Goods
5.1 Report faults within a reasonable time by email or in writing. Photographic evidence may be required.
5.2 All goods are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. These are in addition to your statutory rights.
5.3 If an exchange is necessary, we will arrange this promptly and at no charge once faulty goods are returned.
5.4 Return postage will be refunded for genuine faults. If no fault is found, goods will be returned at your expense.
5.5 You are responsible for disposal of any replaced goods unless returned to us.
6. Liability
6.1 Products comply with applicable UK laws. We do not guarantee compliance outside the UK.
6.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g. lost profits).
7. Allergens and Food Safety
7.1 We comply with all relevant food hygiene and safety legislation.
7.2 Check product pages for allergen listings. Storage/use instructions are provided.
8. Website Disclaimer
Using our website indicates acceptance of this disclaimer. We may update this notice at any time.
