When placing your order that requires a delivery date like celebration cakes, Cupcakes, mini boxes etc we will dispatch the day before your due date via DHL. On the afternoon of the dispatch date you will have an email and also a text message from DHL (providing you have provided a mobile number) to say you are having a delivery the next day.
On the morning of the delivery, you will have the same again from DHL, only this time it will give you an hour's time slot for your convenience.
For all other orders that don't contain one of the above products, orders will be dispatched within 3 - 5 days again via DHL. If you require an item urgently, please call us before placing your order.
