Competition Timeline • The competition runs on a monthly basis. • Entry submissions close approximately 7 days before the end of each month. • Voting opens shortly after the entry period closes and remains open for 7 days. • The winning entry will be announced on this page and via our social media channels. No specific date of announcement is guaranteed. 4. Voting Rules • Voting is open to the public. • Each user may vote once per day during the voting period. • Any attempt to manipulate voting (including but not limited to automated votes, fake profiles, or vote buying) will result in immediate disqualification. 5. Winner Selection • The entry with the highest number of valid votes at the end of the voting period will be declared the winner. • In the event of a tie, Doggy Desserts reserves the right to select a winner at its discretion. 6. Prize • The winner will receive one of our handmade Celebration Cakes, suitable for dogs. • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available. • The winner may be required to collect the prize in person if delivery is not feasible. 7. Use of Submitted Photos • By entering, you grant Doggy Desserts a perpetual, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your submitted image in connection with this competition and related promotions. • Images may remain on our website or social platforms after the competition concludes. 8. Winner Notification • The winner will be contacted via the email address supplied on the entry form. • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to offer the prize to the next highest voted entry. 9.
